Description:
Grant a member conversation manager ( admin ) status for a conversation.

Required Parameters:

• zoneId: [ string ] Unique identifier of a zone.
• convId: [ string ] Unique identifier of a conversation. This will be the name of the conversation as it appears in the admin interface.
• userId: [ string ] Email address of a member.

Optional Parameters:

• None

Returns:
boolean
